New Trade License Registration (BBMP) | Trade License Renewal Consultants

Trade License is a Document / Certificate that gives the permission / permit issued by issuing authority (i.e. Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike - BBMP) to the Applicant (Business Owners) to commence / carrying out a particular Trade or Business in a particular Area / Location. However, it does not allow the license holder to any other Trade or Business other than it is issued for.

• Rental Agreement / Sale Deed (If owned)
• Electricity Bill
• Occupancy Certificate (OC) if available)
• Please note : Width of the Road in front of Business Premises must be 40ft above.

Other documents required i.e as per bbmp trade license application requirement :

• Declaration by Applicant (Form A)
• Property Owner’s Consent Letter (Form B),
• NOC from adjacent and immediate neighbours (Form C),
• Business Firm / Company Documents 
• Applicant(s) KYC Documents

Trade License Renewal for 2023-24 (BBMP)

• Existing Trade License of 2022-23
